When your Boss is "Female" !!!

Fortunately ,in small spam of my career i got a chance to work with two female Boss. There are few common trait found in them as a senior.
They will always try to judge your performance on the parameter of quantity instead of Quality. You will always find them confident with their subordinates but their confidence shakes when it comes to present in front of senior and at that point of time even they are not sure about own work. How ever good you are its next to impossible to impress her with your work.
They don't want people under them to be suffering with workaholic. You will usually find them saying "Ask as many time as you can " but response from other side will not be same. They are blessed with very sharp memory and mark your each and every word. They have a misconception that they understand the corporate very well. They are very polite on your face but once u turn around they are the first one to criticize .
Apart from all these they are found to be a good guide and care a lot for their "TEAM".

Benefits of FDI in Retail

The effects of FDI are by and large transformative. The incorporation of a range of well-composed and relevant policies will boost up the profit ratio from Foreign Direct Investment higher. Some of the biggest advantages of FDI enjoyed by India have been listed as under:

Economic growth- This is one of the major sectors, which is enormously benefited from foreign direct investment. A remarkable inflow of FDI in various industrial units in India has boosted the economic life of country.

Trade- Foreign Direct Investments have opened a wide spectrum of opportunities in the trading of goods and services in India both in terms of import and export production. Products of superior quality are manufactured by various industries in India due to greater amount of FDI inflows in the country.

Employment and skill levels- FDI has also ensured a number of employment opportunities by aiding the setting up of industrial units in various corners of India.

Technology diffusion and knowledge transfer- FDI apparently helps in the outsourcing of knowledge from India especially in the Information Technology sector. It helps in developing the know-how process in India in terms of enhancing the technological advancement in India.

Linkages and spillover to domestic firms- Various foreign firms are now occupying a position in the Indian market through Joint Ventures and collaboration concerns. The maximum amount of the profits gained by the foreign firms through these joint ventures is spent on the Indian market.

Critics says  : That disinvestment in the retail sector would lead to closure of small shops and lead to mass unemployment but then should not existing Indian supermarkets like More, Big Bazaar, Home Shop, Metro and the likes be banned and don't their existence lead to joblessness and closing down of the local 'kirana' (or mom-and-pop stores)?
No it does not; as we have seen supermarkets and the neighbourhood 'kirana' co-exist peacefully. What the BJP is doing here is fueling a sense of paranoia in local traders to their advantage. Big names have already entered the retail space and are being given a run for their money by small stores as customers patronize both to meet different needs. There is no reason to believe that the entry of foreign Retailers will lead to a vastly different outcome.

Is parliament shirking its duty?

When the winter session of parliament resumed on Tuesday, it lasted all of 30 minutes, when the opposition’s disruptions forced the Lok Sabha to be adjourned. The Rajya Sabha had also been adjourned to condole the death of two sitting members. The day was wasted, and so was the tax-payer’s money; it costs Rs. 160 crore to keep the parliament running everyday. That’s just the immediate loss; the greater loss is the paralysis that has set in due to a lack of decision-making and an appetite for policy change. According to PRS Legislative Research, a policy study group based in Delhi, there were 37 Bills listed for passing in the Monsoon Session, and only 10 were passed. In the Budget Session, the plan was to pass 33 Bills, of which 5 were passed. For the winter session, the Government’s legislative agenda includes 31 pending bills for consideration and passing, and 23 new bills for introduction. Parliament will need to be at its efficient best as three important Bills related to tackling corruption need to be discussed: The Lok Pal Bill, the Judicial Standards and Accountability Bill, and the Public Interest Disclosure and Protection of Persons making disclosures Bill. Also to be tabled are the Rights of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Amendment, and the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority Bill. At a time when India is faced with slow GDP growth, a sinking stock market and high inflationary pressures, any delay in decision-making will ensure that India digs itself into a hole, one that will be very difficult to climb out of.

5 way to keep you +ve

5.  Share Happiness with Others :Not only do you need to be positive with yourself for this new positive attitude to really take effect, you also need to be positive with others. You have to share your wealth of positivity with the world.

4. Reinforce Positivity in Yourself :Once I started thinking more positively and adapted to a more positive attitude, I realized I had to reinforce these thoughts and behaviors in myself so they would stick. As with any sort of training, practice makes perfect, and, yes, you can practice being positive

3.Look For the Positive in Life :There is the positive aspect in everything. In every person, in every situation, there is something good. Most of the time it’s not all that obvious. We have to look. And sometimes we have to look hard.

2. Rid Your Life of Negativity :If you want to live a positive, joyful and happy life, you cannot –- absolutely CANNOT -– be surrounded by negative people who are not encouraging your happiness. When I was a pretty negative person, I tended to attract other negative people.

1. Believe Happiness is a Choice : For me, this was a hard one at first. I thought that people were either unhappy or happy (and I was one of the unhappy ones). I used to blame this on all kinds of outside forces –- fate, experiences, parents, relationships –- but never really stopped to think that I could choose to be happy.

Sure, this isn’t always easy, but it is always, always an option. Teaching myself to see that happiness is a choice has been one of the greatest things I’ve ever done for myself.

Now when I find myself in a bad situation, I know that it’s up to me to find the good, to be happy regardless of what’s happening around me. I am no longer pointing fingers, placing blame. I realize that everything happens how it happens and it’s up to me to choose how I want to feel about it. I am in control of my happiness level and no one can take that away from me.

My First Crush

My first Crush was when i even did n't knew the meaning of word "Crush".I was very young to be considered to fall in love but i did it.When I used to wear half pant, half shirt, water bottle around my neck, big school bag on small shoulder and care less of every thing.I remember i was in class V th .What i liked most in that girls was her eyes.it was brown and very beautiful.I used to keep staring at her but when she looked at me i used turn around my head as if i am thinking something else. When ever i was caught staring to her my heart beat starts pumping at a high speed. I was shy ,soft spoken boy ,who was hardly seen interacting with girls.I always tried to keep distance from her just because it makes me feel nervous.I always feared of acting something non-sense in front of her which could make me embarrassed but still i remember her. Compensation for LIFE

I believe myself as simple person with distinct state of mind. I have a dynamic mood which keeps on swinging .I believe that this life is precious and apart from earning for yourself one should take out time for your goal which u always wanted to do ultimately u are here to live your favorite life not the one which is expected from you. Some time we see our self serving other with our life and we feel bad about it.Many a time I have noticed people saying that I have given whole of life to my family and they demand compensation for it in terms of love, care, money but its not true you have lived your life as you could .You donot possessed courage to come out of safety zone and so you choose the best and convenient path for your self this was your first mistake and second one is that you accepting compensation for it.

वक्तितीय

Cancer :My Zodiac Sign. A Cancer man will come across as an extremely shy person, who speaks less and minds his own business. He is not one of those who tell everything about themselves in the first meeting itself. Infact, it will take a large number of meetings to get even a little close to him. Cancerian male may seem to a different person every time you meet him. He may be nervous and fickle one moment; extremely confident the second minute and too shy the very next. His frown can easily turn, first, into smile and then, into a laugh.

A Cancerian guy may get sad and melancholic at times and then, you will feel like putting your arms around him and comforting him. Then, suddenly his wistfulness will vanish and he will be sparkling with wit and humor. He is a true romantic and sees fairytale dreams frequently. However, he is as close to reality as anyone can be. Baffled? Don't worry, it will take some time, but you will start understanding your Cancerian man slowly and gradually. The changes in him do not mean a changing personality like the Geminis.

It is just a change of moods and he will soon be his usual self again. The basic characteristics profile will, however, remain the same. Just like a crab, he retreats into a shell when his emotions are hurt. The shell is his haven and he will remain there till he is ready to face the world again. Cancerian men may look harsh and distant at times, but inside they are very gentle, kind and affectionate. Rudeness is not one of their personality traits. It just acts a cover to hide their true, vulnerable feelings.

A Cancer man needs to feel secured of your love every now and then, so don't forget to say 'I Love You' everyday. The same goes for money too, debt makes him uneasy. He is the one who always pays his bills on time and he likes saving more than spending. He is not stingy, but he is also not extravagant. However, a Cancerian male won't sacrifice his taste and style in the name of economy. Economy for him means getting the worth of money he spent. Quality plays the utmost importance as far as he is concerned.

A Cancer guy is very conscious of his looks, his house, his car and everything that surrounds him. His clothes need to have that perfect cut, his car that perfect shine and his food that perfect taste. He is not one of those wild men who like going against the usual norms, and sophistication is something he can't live without. There is another thing a Cancer male cannot live without - talking about his Mommy Dearest! She is most likely to be there in his every second conversation.

In the other extreme, he will be totally detached from her. However, his relationship with his mother will never be casual and moderate. It has to be either of the two extremes and the first one is the most likely. At the same time, he will be the most important person in his mother's life. Make sure you pamper him as much and give him as much attention as his mother. Chivalry is in his nature, unless you give him reasons to be otherwise. A Cancerian guy may take sometime to judge you as his probable soul mate.

However, once he is sure, he will shower you with love, care, admiration and gifts. At the same time, you will be expected to meet his standards, which may be quite high. If he has decided you are the one he wants to live his life with, he will pursue you with fierce determination and make you fall in love with him. Now, we talk about the qualities of a Cancerian guy as a father. He will be totally proud of his son and fiercely protective of his daughter. He will be extremely patient with them. With a Cancerian man, there is one thing you and the kids will never be short of - Love!

Keep your doors open as opportunity can knock at any moment…!!

Thinking better is not bad but ignoring present is not good. One should always be opened to learning as much as can be. I believe that leaning is continuous process and chapter ends only the moment you close your eyes and your heart stops pumping. Learning is only said to be completed If u have used it in your daily life.
Failure is nothing but acceptance of your in capability. One should never underestimate oneself as even a stop clock shows a correct time twice in a day.

Amazing thoughts of "aam admi"...

Yesterday i meet a man he was bus conductor by profession and but thinking himself not less than prime minister.

Suddenly he started saying Yamuna river was over flooded during the CWG game period just because of politics.According to him few corrupt administrator were the root of heavy rainfall and over flooded yamuna..

Adding to it he raised a question as how could india win most of the awards in CWG ?Prior to this indian's were not capable of doing it?This was the strategy of America.According to him amecrian govt. has asked his player not to win any game so that when Barack Obama come to india he would get the words to praise indian.

He believe that india won the quater final against Australia only because of America as America want to enjoy the semi final match between India and Pakistan and America is always thinking of Disturbing these two countries.

I don't know how to react on his words..So i just laughed and moved from there.
